Evidence 1: We're a corporation registered in France
How many fraudsters make their personal identity a matter of public record?
SAS PointsPrizes is a registered corporation, with company registration number 830 646 766 at the Perpignan Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés.
You can view full details about us including our address, fillings of company accounts, taxes, etc on the French company database website.
Evidence 2: We have social proof
Evidence 3: We have independently certified payment proof
TrustSpot collect certified reviews from our users, that we cannot modify or delete. Many of our users are happy to attach payment proof screenshots with their reviews.
There are also plenty of established YouTubers making payment proof videos. Some videoing the entire process, from claiming a prize, to actually redeeming their codes. Here's a few to give you an example:
- Claiming a PayPal Direct Payment
- Claiming a Bitcoin Direct Payment
- Claiming a Walmart Gift Code
- Claiming a Playstation Code
You can find lots more videos with payment proof and endorsements on the PointsPrizes Subreddit.
Evidence 4: We have mobile apps reviewed by both Google and Apple
Evidence 5: Why would we go to all this trouble?
We think this is actually the greatest evidence of all.
There are thousands of simple "gift code generator" sites out there. They claim hundreds of thousands of victims every day - scamming people into completing surveys - and never ever giving out even a single prize to anyone.
We started PointsPrizes specifically to shut these sites down by outranking them in search engines.
It's actually easier to promote such scam sites, because they are purporting to offer instant results.
So, why would we go to the trouble? We have invested heavily in web development, servers, customer support staff and so much more.
How could we hope to sustain such an organisation if it was based on fraud?
As a large site, we come under far greater scrutiny.
