Spam is when a company sends you unsolicited emails that you haven't opted-in to receive.
PointsPrizes LLP is fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003.
We never send unsolicited, spammy emails to our users.
When you register you can control exactly what email we send you, using the two checkboxes under the email text box. We have two separate mailing lists:
- Transactional Emails. If you leave the first checkbox checked, you will receive emails only when important things happen, such as when you earn points. You can disable this too and we will then only email you if there's something absolutely critical - such as a prize that you have requested delivery of.
- Newsletter Emails. If you check the second checkbox, we may occasionally send you emails with news and offers. This option is disabled by default, so it's an entirely opt-in service.
Once you are registered these checkboxes no longer serve any function and you can safely ignore them. You can still change your settings though after you're registered.
What about after I'm registered? Can I still unsubscribe from your mailing lists?
At any time you you can completely unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists.
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email that you no longer wish to receive. As soon as you do this you will be unsubscribed from that mailing list instantly.
Alternatively, you can change your subscription status in the Settings Tab of your account. This also allows you to re-subscribe to a mailing list if you want.
If I unsubscribe from all of your mailing lists do I still receive emails?
Only if you specifically request to receive an email, such as when you claim a prize delivery.
