These are all stages of the claim delivery process.
When you make a PointsPrizes claim it goes through the following distinct stages:
- Unconfirmed. This means you need to confirm your claim by clicking on a special link in an email that we sent you. If you did not receive this email try resending it using the Email button and checking your junk mail folder. If you still cannot find it then contact us via email@example.com.
- Pending. This means the claim is now pending a manual review by our claims team. Usually your claim will be reviewed within 24 hours. During the manual review we will check your activity for signs of fraud and also assess the overall risk level. This allows us to finalise your "Delivery Due By" date.
- In Progress. This means we are waiting until the claim approaches the delivery date. Usually we will deliver on or before the delivery date. If we receive significant chargebacks or complaints from advertisers it might affect the status of your claim. Please relax though, because such instances are unusual and a low level of chargebacks is usually acceptable provided there's no pattern of fraud.
- Delivered. By this stage you should have received your code via email, or a direct payment. Your account will also receive negative "Spent Points", which deduct from your points total, in order to pay for your prize.
A claim can also enter the Cancelled state, which means it was cancelled and will never be completed.
